At FRED, Alonzo leads real estate finance, structure, capital formation and value creation efforts for the firm.  He has completed over $100MM of financial transactions on commercial, residential and mixed use properties with small businesses.  Prior to joining FRED, Alonzo was Customer Growth Leader and National Sales Leader with GE Capital helping mid-market companies address challenges and opportunities affecting growth, capital, business productivity, competitiveness and profitability across industries.  As National Sales Leader, he was responsible for hiring, coaching, driving sales volume, sales force effectiveness and go-to market strategies for a $1B portfolio. In prior roles, Alonzo held several positions in GE Commercial Real Estate Finance as project manager, underwriter, senior equity analyst, asset manager, and in sales originations. He worked on over $2B of real estate deals and helped GE Real Estate close $120MM of joint venture equity investments, including deals featured in the Wall Street Journal.  Prior to GE, he served in the U.S. Army as a Cavalry Officer.
